  • Transportation to and from the Retreat Center (there will be a chance to communicate with others to coordinate a ride-share on your own but this is not guaranteed)

  • Personal, medical or trip cancellation insurance

Refund & Cancelation policy

The participant is eligible for a full refund minus a $25 admin fee if cancellation occurs before December 16th, 2023. If cancellation occurs after December 16th, the participant will not be eligible for a refund. If participant cannot attend, they are allowed to find a suitable replacement for their spot and transfer it to that new individual.

Rejuvenessence, LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any retreat due to insufficient registrations, instructor illness, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. In such situations, you will be notified up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled start time of the retreat. If the retreat is canceled, registered attendees will get a FULL REFUND of the amount paid for any retreat. All refunds will be processed within 10 business days.

* Trip cancellation insurance is always recommended when making travel plans. You can use Travel Guard insurance online and choose from several policy options. We strongly recommend that you obtain travel insurance with a CFAR (Cancel For Any Reason) clause to protect themselves in case their flight is canceled due to inclement weather, or should an emergency occur making them unable to travel. Credits will not be issued due to incoming flight delays and/or cancellations.
